I've seen quite a few images depicting tentacles impregnating both anime and furry girls, but we usually don't get to see what kind of child the tentacle has put into the girl's womb.

Would they be ugly abominations? Or a beautiful plant-animal-human triple hybrid?

I would like to see visual representaion of this uncharted idea of children that were born from an intercourse of a tentacle and a mammalian female.

Conventional logic/metaphysics would suggest it results in absolutely nothing, as there's a limit to how different two different species can be before they cease to breed at all.
D&D/Pathfinder-style fantasy metaphysics instead suggest there are monsters that can just straight up impregnate humanoids with parasitic spawn, and true breeding capabilities are typically reserved for dragons and human-shaped creatures (including some shapeshifters).
Exalted, in comparison, has an area known as the Wyld where, well, animals can breed with rocks among other things.

I just think it doesn’t happen when images depict that kind of stuff because of compatibility issues.

I mean it’s fiction, so I guess it can go the ocpa or like the Abyssal Fleet from Azur Lane (Cthulhu if you like the Davey Jones look) but if it’s just plants, you’ll get something like kii_(monster_musume)

Look up flora_fauna or just tentacles/hybrids. Remember, not all tentacles are strictly plants per se (you got marine, plant, and even alien. Plants being more common from what I’ve seen). Also, it can be consensual too, just so you know. Not all elongated appendages are non con.

In brief, the Wyld is the chaotic, boundless infinity from which all of Creation springs. Lunar Exalted can produce beastmen through through animal/human pairings (animal-form Lunar with a human, or human-form Lunar with an animal) in places with Wyld influence. The Wyld isn't exactly a place you usually want to be, though.
