We have a rule under "Bad things to upload", called "Memes / Image macros," that discourages text edits of existing images. Do caption edits fall under that rule? If so, can we update the text to explicitly mention caption edits? The term "caption edit" is popular and adding it would help speed rule searching, especially with Ctrl+F.

It's not urgent, but it would be a quick and helpful edit. Thank you for reading!
