I guess the invalid category kind of serves the same purpose as disambiguation, so I don't feel strongly any particular way.

IMO, yes.

/non_binary could be aliased right to nonbinary_(lore), unless you think enough people may try to use it for one of the intersex tags, in which case they could be disambiguated to suggest nonbinary_(lore) and/or one of the intersex tags.

Oh oops, I thought it was aliased to invalid_tag but it turns out that trans_man_penetration is the one that was aliased. That one could probably be left as it is.

Some of them sure. Either way they need to be unaliased from invalid_tag before anything can be done with them.

The tags in this BUR looks good overall. I think ftm, mtf, and transsexual should be disambiguated, since each of these tags could be referring to several other different tags. I think it would be fine to alias non-binary/non_binary -> nonbinary_(lore) and trans -> trans_(lore). Below are some aliases and category changes I think should be implemented after the BUR above is approved.
