As title mention, is it worthwhile to upload SFW art to E621?

Absolutely, as long as it meets the typical upload criteria (good quality, furry-related, etc).

I’d say so. I’m on the lookout for something kinda cool like teracod . Something besides “ehrmagerd! p0rnz!!” All the time

"worthwhile" is ultimately up to you and your value judgment, but there's no problem with uploading SFW art here.

What's considered "good" quality because I don't know if I am good or not by that statement. Can you show images of not good images?

The uploading guidelines has guidelines on what's good to upload, and what is bad to upload.

I may be wrong but I am pretty sure a third of the images here are safe.

I'm still not sure if I wanna upload anything. Would hate to upload stuff only to see it getting nuked in the red negatives.

SFW art still trends positive unless the art is really bad, it just doesn't reach the view/vote counts of a lot of NSFW posts

That literally never happens unless you post gore. Even amateurish art doesn't usually dip below zero.
