How would i be able to get my Record back up to 0 or in the positive again?

Well, I would say participate in the community, answer question, aid with the tag implication/alias, or tag stuff, this kind of thing,
eventually you can get noticed by an admin who will want to reward your nice work with a green bar ^^

Looking at your comment and record history I'd say this:

  • Don't...
    • make comments while horny.
    • write as if you are talking to the characters.
    • complain about people's art or it's content.
    • be a dick.

In general, This will help you in the long run:

  • Do...
    • try to use full sentences rather than writing like you are on AIM (u->you). It's not against the rules per se, but on any website shitty/rule-breaking behavior is more likely to get noticed when someone writes like they are underaged, unintelligent, not worth reading, etc. (I don't really have a more neutral way to put this, but I think you get what I'm saying).
    • Familiarize yourself with e621:rules
    • Don't yell at the admins. In fact, don't yell at anyone.

To get more likely to get noticed for positive feedback:

  • participate in the community by being courteous and helpful.
  • help out with tagging and the wiki.
  • upload lots of stuff that is relevant to the site (read: furry), and tag it well. (see avoid_posting and e621:faq)

Thanks parasite, will try to do that in the future.

I got a positive record by doing a stupid amount of tagging on images. I wish you luck in a faster ascent.

Pretty sure it doesn't do anything.

Partially correct. It doesn't do anything in and of itself, but it is basically a transparent admin log (record) for past behavior.

We almost never remove negatives, so I wouldn't hold your breath. Just don't do that thing again and you won't get banned.

But just remember, two negatives make a positive, so there's always hope.

Good luck getting positives if your like me. The reds get removed once in a blue moon or when it was a mistake made by the admin.

Positives on the other hand are exceedingly difficult to earn. Ive been keeping my nose as best I can outa trouble for awhile now and doing what I can to help. Ive had a handfull of neutrals removed, of which I'm grateful. Though working tirelessly to try to correct spesific tags (ones im familer with and people usually get mixed up) and such still hasent earned a positive. My guess is their still getting complaints but those complaints arnt bad enough or dispersed enough that it doesn't end up in a record, instead it resets/nulls my ability to be "rewarded".

Reds are basically a "pay attention or else." As long as you learn from them, they're not something to worry overly much about.

That said, here's my suggestions if you want to get a positive reputation:

  • Follow rules
  • Help with some of the ongoing tagging projects - just make sure you understand the guidelines for the tags you're working on.
  • Keep an eye out for tags you know are wrong and fix them (if unsure, ask).
  • Point out/ask questions about stuff you're not sure about (searching forum first is recommended)
  • Start small. Figure out the guidelines for a few tags and work on them. Once you're comfortable with those, start working on a few new ones. Trying to do too much gives you a lot of room for error.

I've seen people get recognized for regularly asking questions or pointing out things, even though others with more knowledge actually made the changes. (There are people that are very good at knowing when something needs changed, but it's not always easy for them to find those things in a site this huge. It's a major help for them when others help to find them.)

Helping to keep up fixes on ongoing tag issues frees up those same people to deal with trickier messes. (Gender tagging and number of individuals in image are constantly in need of help and a good place to start figuring out additional tagging needs.)

Uploading is always good: just avoid posting DNP, do your best to ensure it's relevant, and make sure you're putting up the highest quality version.

In the end, just follow the rules and help out where you can. I wouldn't recommend doing things just trying to get recognition though.

1.) You're likely to make more mistakes if you're trying to show off how much you're doing.
2.) Because you're trying to have what you're doing seen, your mistakes will be more visible and potentially cause you more trouble.
3.) You're unlikely to get positive recognition for doing things (even helpful ones) if it's obvious you're only doing it for the recognition.

If you want to improve the site, help. If you just want recognition, you're going to be facing a hard road.

I agree. You won't be disappointed by any apparent lack of reaction if your goal is focused on improving the site however you can. The way I see it, a lack of reaction is a good and desirable thing since it means the moderators don't feel a need to slap me down for being naughty. Sure, I won't mind positives, complements, and pats on the back, but those are nice bonuses, not end goals.
