Are you entirely sure about this?
I know the artist pages on popparotzi and falvie have links to each other, but none of the external sites seem to link these accounts together.
Plus, popparotzi seems to have nuked pretty much all of their pages.

That suggests intentionally separated accounts.

But not unlinked names. They're not making a secret of being Popparotzi, since they have the same piece in both places, both with the same exact signature, and the second instance even drawing attention to their previous name.
