Topic: How is my drawing not relevant?

Here is my drawing of the Marauder from Doom Eternal: https://e621.net/posts/2933365

1 approver believes it's not relevant. But how is it not relevant? It's a demon with horns. Characters with horns don't count as humans. That's part of the rules and upload guidelines on e621.

Every other post with the Marauder is relevant and approved. So what's the problem with my artwork?

In this case, I believe that the approvers might think that the horns are a part of the character's headdress. The frontal horns do appear to be coming from there, while the lateral ones are a bit ambiguous.

So, you know it's a demon with horns, and we can definitely see horns on the creature, but at least two of the horns appear to be coming from headwear, which means they could be fake. This site operates of TWYS, or Tag What You See; we only use the information presented in the image to determine the tags and (for standalone images) relevancy to the site. In this case, if a creature looks like they only possess fake horns and nothing else, they would have no distinguishing traits that would make them inhuman. Your Marauder's unique eyes might make them inhuman, but grey skin can be written off as body paint, and humans have been painting their bodies since the advent of written history...

But ultimately, I'm not the one who makes these decisions. You can ask in Discord for more opinions, and you can contest the deletion (if it gets deleted) by talking to the handling staff member.

To me, the lower horns definitely look like they're real, but the upper horns definitely look like they're part of the headband.

That said... You should definitely get a personal gallery just in case stuff gets deleted from E621 but fans of your art want to be able to search for it. You can't search Twitter very well. Furaffinity has good searchability; Newgrounds and Deviantart are a bit worse but still have some searchability. Newtumbl is good if you want Tumblr functionality that allows porn.

I beg to differ, I have always had problems trying to look something up, mainly because:
a-some artist don't tag (or at least not properly) their art.
b-they use different tags to refer to the same thing.
c-some art isn't even posted by the artists, making it even harder to find said art.
d-the basic search functions are not specific enough
e-deleted artwork is deleted forover, there is no way to even check if it ever exist(here we can search for status:deleted, while we may not be able to see it, we can sometimes look for the source)

And the list goes on, e621 is miles ahead in terms of search capability when compared to furaffinity, they might have a lot of content, sure, but most of it is hidden due to a lack of proper tagging.

E621's searchability is irrelevant because it's not a personal gallery.

Yes, some artists don't seem to like tagging things in a reasonable manner on Furaffinity, but that's up to the aritst, who happens to be the very person I'm talking to in this case. If she wants people to find her art there, she can look into what tags are easily found, and even use a combination of tags so that people using the other combinations can still find her stuff.
