Reason: Same artist, different names.

Unless this is an intentional split (I know at least one artist who keeps their two accounts separate) they should be aliased.

Do you have proof of that?
The puppymachine FA page does not link to hoot in any way. None of hoot's accounts seem to link to puppymachine, including their two FA accounts.

So either the accounts are being kept separate deliberately, or these are different artists.

And when they sign their art, they seem to use Hoot. So if the artist does say they're the same person somewhere and should be aliased, I think it should be reversed.

I agree with bitWolfy, it's either deliberately (which we should respect) or not the same artist.
