I believe this would be better as an alias. Because we already have digital_media_(artwork) for artworks that were created digitally or used that medium. digital_sketch is just digital_media_(artwork) + sketch.

Also... Please, don't forget to give us your reason. It doesn't matter if you think it's obvious.

Sorry about that. I really thought it wouldn't be a big deal if it included a shared term.
