Hello, just wondering if deleted pics/animations/videos here are still counted even after deletion, regardless of deletion reason.

For example - https://e621.net/posts?tags=shinewind shows 5 count of works, and yet I can only see 2 of his/her works. I have no tag blacklisted in my account setting.

Sometimes. For recently-deleted images, the tag count still includes those posts, while older deleted posts don't seem to count toward the tag count. I've actually had situations where the use count of a bad/misspelled/mis-formatted tag was higher than the number of active (non-deleted) posts, meaning some deleted posts were still counted for the tag, and when I fixed it on deleted posts too, the count ended up negative. And sometimes if I fixed such a tag on deleted posts first, the count would be 0 or negative while there are still active posts using it.
