I don't think so. The reviewer will probably realize the person you reported has already been dealt with, so they will just close it with an appropriate message. You could apologize by replying the automated dmail you'll receive, but I don't think it's that necessary, it happens. xD
This would be a nice feature, considering how many comment flags are actually meant to be replies. I've even fallen for it.
