Are there any cases of underaged users who turned 18 and returned to e621?

Yes, plenty. I assisted some of them in appealing their ban.
The usual procedure is to email [email protected], providing proof of their age.

They deserve an 18-kazoo salute after sending in their driver's license.

I assume there also must be some users right now that are still underage but are smart enough to keep quite about it, while others that made an account long ago while underage but turned 18 later on.

There are a lot of people in the world, almost anything is possible if there is the slightest of chances for it to happen.

The way I see it, everyone is assumed to be +18 unless proven otherwise, since the ToS dictates you need to be an adult to create an account/access the site in the first place.

I wouldn't really be surprised if there are any underaged e621 users here. Just like Azero said, there are underaged users who are smart enough to keep their minor status a secret.

As someone who used to be a minor who browsed porn, yes, absolutely, but I was also smart enough to STFU about it.
