A while back I uploaded some stuff, namely art with my own characters and some images of my character with my now ex, I was wondering if there was some way to request a take down of the stuff I uploaded even though I'm not the artist, as I no longer want it on e6.

This isn't the "wrong" place, and you can request a takedown as a character owner. Here's the information on takedowns, feel free to ask in this thread or in the Discord's helpdesk if you need any more assistance.
