Somewhere other than e621, since roleplaying is not allowed here.

I only know of very general RP sites like https://www.f-list.net/, but you might have some trouble finding for very specific fandom roleplayers.
The biggest difficulty you're going to come by is finding people who are also interested in the same fandoms as you.
I would say that you would have better luck finding public Discord servers with ERP allowed, e.g., https://disboard.org/search?keyword=fnaf+erp

Really, sometimes people just have weird fetishes.
It's not even their choice most of the time
Nobody should be judged based on what happens to turn them on...
Generally speaking, as long as they aren't hurting anyone, what's the issue?
Everything said, it's probably for the best to expect it to happen regardless, just try to be self aware and maybe see the humor in the situation if you know you happen to have an unusual fetish
