Greetings,
I have posted my very first animation back in mid October for Halloween (ID: 2988723). It has managed to garner triple digits worth of likes and favorites as of 21st of November, yet it didn't get approved even after almost a month. Is there any invidual that could get it approved so it doesn't have to be tossed into the abbyss despite the overwhelming positive feedback my animation has gotten?

I fail to understand why having one segment of my animation being "Motion interpolated" means that it wouldn't meet the quality standards.

- Low quality submissions: ... artificial upscales, AI / neural network edits, etc.
- Artificial upscales include anything like "normal" upscaling, waifu2x, neural network upscales, and similar.
Upscaling of framerate is still upscaling, by author or by third party, by AI or by traditional filters.
