Reason: "helensanowo" is HelenSan's username on Fiverr but was being used as her artist tag here.

Why did you reject the BUR in topic #31513? It was written correctly, and if approved it would have the same results as this alias.
BURs can also be edited, unlike aliases, which is convenient in the event that it turns out aliasing both helensanowo and helensan to another tag would be better, for example.

Basically, my thought process after submitting the BUR was 'wait, this is for bulk, I should make an individual alias request instead', and.. that's how we ended up here
