I have no idea where else to ask this. At their website for the game AnotherEidos Dragon Vein R, they have buttons that say they go to a pc client and an Android client respectively. If you actually click them, though, it will just loop back to home. Is there even a game to play yet?

Judging by the comments on their Twitter posts it might not be out yet. The bio says that it's to be released in winter 2021, but nothing about it actually being released yet.

Seems so. From what I saw it's like this for everyone, not just you, and should change when it's released. There isn't a set release date so your best bet is following the Twitter I linked and waiting for a release announcement.
