The basic idea is to do something that works just like a regular animal crossing game, but the interaction with the villagers is improved, to the point where you can have romantic or/and sexual relationship with them (In this last case the animated scene will be separated from the normal gamplay for obvious reasons...). I want to add two or three characters to start with, so, because the game is for you all, what do you think I should start with?

For any update I will eventually make a patreon or a dedicated page somewhere, just so I can do regular updates on the works and polls for the new characters and mechanics! Any idea about this is appreciated too!

Interesting idea. Will you be using characters originally from Animal crossing, like Ankha for example, or will these be more like ocs?

If you're trying to link something illegal, it's not going to work. I assume that's what's going on since your last updated got re-updated to a sooner time on refresh.

Mr. Resetti is the only logical choice.

I think it depends a lot of how popular it might become, if it does indeed get popular nintendo might (and probably will) notice it, which then leads to the situation you just mentioned.

But you could also add a disclamer at the beggining saying things like "x character belongs to nintento, blah blah blah, this is purely a fan based x thing, etc), to try and avoid, well, what you mentioned.

dude...this is Nintendo who uses the Death Star to kill Emulators, they're not going to allow ANY OF THIS....
