Remove everything after the first number. ?s= and &t=are useless for twitter links. https://twitter.com/KuJyaNa/status/1485723888407687169 is a much prettier link.
The sample image for that tweet is /media/FJ5aAFNagAAZCIU?format=jpg&name=900x900 while the proper url is /media/FJ5aAFNagAAZCIU?format=jpg&name=orig

If you can not upload due to site not being on the whitelist, you should download it first and then upload it.
I strongly recommend you use reverse image search to check if there is a better quality version.

In the context of "sample URL restrictions" – absolutely bloody not. This is awful advice.
If the site does not let you upload a sample version via the URL, get the full-sized version. Don't look for ways to bypass that check.

Might I suggest using the Twitter View Original Images (Chrome) extension?
It can automatically redirect you to the full-sized Twitter image in one click.
