Reason: These two tags refer to the same artist, but have exclusive artwork, and have yet to be merged. Might as well create an alias too.

Why have a mass update line if the same two tags will be aliased together anyway? The only difference between the two functions is that mass update shifts over every instance of tltechelon only once while an alias does it every time.

Basically, an update is good for a tag that you plan on disambiguating, but "at the moment" is cleaned out. My Flipper BUR is a good way to see how that's handled.
