Do commissions count as collaborations as it pertains to the do not post rules? I found this in Honovy's FA gallery. The last two comments say it was removed but Honovy doesn't know anything about it.

No, commissions aren't a collaboration (the person ordering the commission doesn't physically help create the work). However, a character owner can request a takedown of art featuring their characters if it wasn't uploaded by the artist themselves.

Otherwise, commissioners do not count as artists, nor do they normally get DNP status. The character owner of that image went and asked for a takedown, which is why the post is deleted, otherwise honovy would be the person who can get avoid_posting or C-DNP status. Reizakirga will have to keep filing takedown requests or rely on that reuploading deleted content is a no-no, in order to keep their character off the site.
