I saw someone's art hat looked like it had a condom worn under the foreskin, drooping out the tip from being filled. Realized it was just barely hanging onto the tip and about to fall off, not actually under a foreskin.

I thought about that for a moment, then realized "Wait, that's actually kinda hot, had anybody made any art of that? I think I've just discovered a new fetish, and I want more."
