Should we create implications for gender_fingering_gender tags, as we have it for gender_penetrating_gender?

It's not like every post will suddenly get 40+ new tags. This seems fine to me.

Considering all the x_penetrating_y, x_penetrating, and y_penetrated tags that exist for various sexes and forms, making "fingering" variants would be a lot of implications. May as well do "fisting" variants of all them too, since fingering and fisting don't count for the penetration tags.
