How i can filter all solo pics with males, but keep male/female? Male/solo seems to be also blocks general male tag.

If I understand correctly, you want to combine search results of both solo male and male/female? In this case, this search should do the trick: ~male/female ~solo male

If you search for male/female, you shouldn't get any results for male/solo.

Just add male solo as a single line in your blacklist.

I use (in one line)

This blacklists any image that has male and does not have female, unless the image is rated safe.

If you want to block safe images too, then just use

I found that solo doesn't get tagged a lot, and this filter works much better, as male and female are almost always tagged.

You may also want to blacklist intersex, depending on your tastes.
