In this case, I'd say that's just a malfunctioning mechanical arm. I would rate this questionable because she is mostly nude, and has small breasts ^{or is this already flat_chested?} And for the eggplant save or questionable, depending on the situation.

Q for me. Any object cannot be an improvised_sex_toy unless it is being currently being, or had just been, used as one.

I feel like this is a use case for phallic_symbol/phallic. Though it seems phallic is also being used as a synonym for penile...

I would say "phallic" should be used for objects that look like a penis, but aren't one. Other than "phallus", because that literally means penis, and therefore is aliased to it.

If you're asking why I distinguish them, yeah, they're technically almost synonyms. I just think of phallic as short for phallic_symbol: like a penis in shape/context, but strictly not a penis.
