Mods are usually quickly promoted to admins. Which is why there's none.
As for destroyed posts, I assume that those were real porn, troll posts, etc.

My guess is that it was probably used early on for this but now it's pretty much just illegal things they don't even want residing on their servers since it's rarely used now (you can see their log here) There's 4700+ deleted posts but less than 100 in the last ~2-3 years

But I obviously don't know for sure.

I was a moderator for about two-and-a-half weeks, over a month ago. It's like a neutered form of Admin. Great for training-to-be-admin, but they don't keep anyone there for very long term. But hey, I still have the t-shirt! lol

Currently, e621 uses Mod as a training rank for possible-admin-to-be. It has some of the powers of Admin, but not all. They use it for while the person is learning the ropes and to give a trial period so that any potential issues or incompatibilities show up before they're given full access and full responsibilities. So they don't stay there very long before they're either downgraded or upgraded depending on how things go. That's why it's currently 0 Mods. I'm pretty sure "Test Janitor" might be used the same way, but for Janitors. (But on that last one I'm just guessing. I just know it's another rank that usually stays empty).

As for the other thing: we almost never destroy posts if we can help it. Only stuff that's illegal to host or dangerous to host (child porn, malware, etc) gets destroyed. And only after all the necessary information has been gathered and reported as required by laws, because once it's gone it's completely gone. It doesn't come up very often though, and most stuff (real porn, irrelevant, poor quality, lower res, pay content, etc) just gets deleted but not destroyed. There's multiple reasons for that, but mainly it's to keep the information of what happened intact in case it's needed later or needs to be discussed between admins.

The numbers are kind of wonky, though. The user count has 8.5k users that aren't found in any category (User Count - Banned Users - Members - Privileged Users - Contributors - Mods - Admins = 8586). So I'm not sure if I'm the 0.0490% or 0.0516%. Either way, I should probably check my privileged privilege.

They're probably unactivated accounts since I haven't updated that page to add that user level yet.

I'll say. But I at least post images n stuff :P the "posts automatically approved" thing is actually really nice.

I just added a bunch of missing stuff (WebM posts, janitors, blips) and more percentages to the stats page, and cleaned it up a bit, so expect that in the next update :P
