I doubt this is from several users as this is a case of it happening instantly, but an individual has been downvoting every comment on recent upload(s) of mine. And while it doesnt bother me its too strange an anomaly and feels almost like someone abusing the system.

Just the Farquaad post, it seems. Oddly enough, they don't seem too upset with the post in their comments.
I can't deal with it right this moment. Report that post and explain what's going on. Someone will get to it.

report one of the posts in question as tagging abuse, link the others and ask for an investigation on targeted downvotes. Or, DM a member of the administration and ask them to look into it
