Alternatively, perhaps this could be used as a sort of umbrella tag implied by both featureless chest and featureless breasts? Currently, there’s nothing that simply identifies the lack of nipples - we only have tags for “no breasts no nipples,” and “breasts without nipples.”

Featureless chest/breasts doesn't guarantee there's no nipples, in the case of teats or udders for example (although they're not tagged "nipples" per se, they are types of nipples so the character would not be nipple-less).
