I wasn't able to find anything regarding this in the FAQs or anything, so I wanted to check here.

Is it alright to upload an image onto here, even if you're not the real artist, as long as you CREDIT the real artist?

Similarly, are you allowed to upload edited versions of images, if you are neither the original artist OR the one who edited it?

You may post any pictures you find unless they are from artists listed under the DNP and Avoid Posting sections wich can be found on the wiki.

Check the sections for uploading and tagging, be sure to put the source + artist and proper tags and check if you aren't reposting images already uploaded into the database.

You may also post edits but the credits still goes to the original art's owner.

Artthat is not yoursis fine (and how half the people her do it), but try to get permission if you can. Whether you can or cannot, make sure to tag artist and a good source (their gallery, not some other image booru).

Edits are a grey area, you'll have an easier time if the original is here or you upload the original first, so the edit can be parented to the original

Alright then, thanks for the quick reply. I'll check those sections before I post, but it should be okay since I've seen this artist's work on here before. just not these particular pictures.
