I know TeaKatt and i know that he is banned from here for being underage. I just want to reinsure myself, can i upload their SFW artworks or be an intermediary between him and e621 until he reaches the age of 18? If no, what can i do to remove their already uploaded artworks from e621, if they may request it, or it isn't necessary for them to have e621 account? He isn't in DNP list btw since he uploaded his artworks as unknown.

No, his art can't be uploaded here if he's underage. Doesn't matter if it's SFW art or not. If he has art here already, it should be reported to an admin so they can delete it.

No, absolutely not.

E621 is an 18+ website. That applies to the entire site, including the page where artists and character owners may request their artwork to be taken down.
As such, if an underage artists does not want their artwork to be on the site, they would have to break the rules (and possibly laws) to do so.

As such, there is a blanket ban on all artwork made by underage artists on this site.
