Is it normal for people to tag an artist that has not made the artwork?

I uploaded my stuff but forgot to tag myself as the artist and 2 hours later or something like that I see that someone tagged "tigerlovedog" while I have made the renders...

Found out that probably "tigerazaz5" did that with a spare account.

Does not seem like something over-malicious, probably mistaking your work for being another artist's.

You can send a message to the user responsible (i.e., user #787237) and ask that they stop tagging random artist tags if they cannot verify its origin.
If they continue to mistag your posts, then you may report them to the admins for Tagging Abuse / Tagging Vandalism.

On the other hand, if you had used another artist's 3D models to make your posts, then it would be reasonable for them to tag the artist for being the model maker.
