muscular_anthro and muscular_feral have any physical difference?
I'm not referring to the body in general, but rather the way the muscles are positioned.

Just an above average increase in muscle mass.
If they look swol as heck, then they should probably be tagged as muscular_*.

Well, yeah, they would have to because of the different skeletal structures.
