Reason: A quick search only found 3 results where shared_masturbator was used but not penetrable_sex_toy and those were missing the tag anyways. So to make it easier for future tagging, the implication makes sense, along with this aiding discovery of the tag.

As I said in the other thread, shared_masturbator sounds like it could also apply to a double-ended dildo, or a symmetric set of anal beads that's used at both ends simultaneously, which wouldn't be a penetrable sex toy.
