I sourced the post 3434745 recently. The artist twitter description says :

As the artist 37739 is not listed as conditional_dnp or avoid_posting, I can't flag the post.

Neither. Just because an artist says something in their description doesn't mean they can't contradict themselves by, say, giving someone permission to upload their artwork. It would cause a lot more unnecessary drama and work to check every sourced post and DM each user to ask if they got permission to upload, so instead e6 grants the power of takedowns to any artist who finds their artwork on here. If you think they don't want their stuff posted on e6, you can show them the Takedowns page where they can figure out how to get their stuff removed, and you can tell them that they can request C-DNP or DNP status through the takedown system as well (even if they don't list anything to be removed). Otherwise, no action is necessary; it's all on the artist right now.
