Topic: Unapproved posts issue

Posted under General

post #3438643, a drawing of Ladydevimon part of Nuitt’s digimon emotes pool, has not been approved. I find it strange because every other post of that pool has been approved. I think it might have been overlooked in the approval process?

post #3432391 featuring argomon by Shoupitsuki also seems to have been skipped over, despite the approval of post #3432392, drawn by the same artist, in the same style, and posted the same day as the argomon artwork, 28 days ago from now.

I do not know what is the appropriate thing to do to resolve the issue. These posts will be deleted by the automoderator soon, and I don’t think it is possible to PM it to contest a post deletion. Advice would be very appreciated!

Thank you in advance.

Basically, this close to autodeletion, you can direct message bitWolfy and he'll either fasttrack the deletion and let you know why, or he'll determine if it can be approved and do so.

I did not know that, and wow, this is very useful. Thanks a lot!

Reviving this thread because bitWolfy is no longer in staff. Who should I go to for unapproved (currently 21 days old) posts now?

Technically, anybody with approval permission, but some people are more willing to do this than others.

I notice a reasonable number of people ask on the Discord helpdesk too.

I have taken over for Wolfy. You can dm me, or head to our discord server and ask there.

One permission I DO NOT need to have, even if I somehow joined the staff. LOL, those 25 deletions in a day or so, still stings. Sticking to other stuff for now. There's a reason that I considered approving own posts a quality hazard. But for people that consistently upload acceptable images, I guess it's not a bad idea.
