Hey
I just gotten back here and my last art submission wasn’t approved
Yet I also put a link to it from my FA too
How long does it take to get it approved and is there a specific time I should upload it to get it approved quickly ?

The approvers are basically volunteers, so sometimes they're busy, sometimes they just browse random unapproved posts to see what needs approval, and sometimes they instantly approve stuff from artists they like.
Additionally, see this quote from the sticky Question: My post has been deleted / removed by the auto-moderator / failed to get approval.
The Auto-Moderator purges the leftovers and gray areas that other staff don't want to either approve or delete. The images itself likely has been seen by more than one member of staff, but hasn't been deemed either good enough to pass, or as bad enough to require deletion.

Whenever they get to it. There is no "better" time for uploading. You have 30 days until the Auto-Moderator deletes it, so have patience.
I try having patience but after the 30 days they’ll get forgotten and it’s very annoying from that perspective point of view

It's unlikely to have been forgotten, it's just that after thirty days if it hasn't been approved or deleted manually, it lies in the gray area where it "might be up to standards, might not be" and gets autodeleted just to settle things.

And if that happens, you can mail one of the admins about it. I think bitwolfy handles that, but I don't remember.
