Usually commissioners have more leeway to share content they payed for.

Depending on the artist's Terms of Service, they may allow the commissioners to share the original (uncensored) version on their own volition.
Otherwise, they may state that the originals are not to be shared publicly and would request for commercial content to be kept private.

Well sharing it here is against the rules then the post from the commissioner is furaffintys problem

if the piece of content has been shared publicly than it should be fine to post here unless the artist is on the avoid_posting/conditional_dnp list.
