Sorry if this isn't in the right place, I was really unsure where to bring this up, and I wasn't sure about reporting the post since none of the descriptions really fit and I'm not even sure it's against TOS in the first place but

It's literally just commission ad spam. I'm all for artists getting paid what they deserve but this is like, on the tier of like, posting a FREE GIVEAWAY video on youtube. just seems really trashy? is this against TOS at all?

I think it classifies as a advertisement, which violates the COC and uploading guidelines:

Advertisements: Low quality ads or ads without artistic value.
If the image has only a small part of it advertising something (like a footer with the Patreon link) then it is very much welcome here.
Adoptables/character auctions, YCH auctions, or any other types ads for auctions are not permitted.

The image appears to be a variant of https://e621.net/posts/3501587?q=samjpeg, which that variant may exist without the text. Which tells me it is just a advertisement with a porn image as a background.
