someone here has a upload limit of 0 or no?

It can happen after a takedown of 100 or more submisions, but did it ever happen?

I can't remember the usernames of any people it's happened to, but I've seen it go into the negatives before.

Sometimes admins will readjust your upload limit to offset the fact you got a large takedown, especially if you had permission from the artist to upload the images and they suddenly changed their mind.

EDIT: Namicorn who has an upload limit of -308 after a takedown that deleted 1000+ posts. As far as I remember, it was because they kept spamming the website with the artist's incomplete work, low quality scraps and etc to the point that the artist was receiving abusive messages elsewhere because people thought they were the one posting it.
