Treatment of employees was the first thing mentioned in the OP. The mass deletions were just a thing that (possibly coincidentally) happened at the same time.

Huh? I forgot about that... Weird it did get locked, but i'm assuming it sounded/looked like i was spreading false info and or overblowing problems. Since, i'll be honest, the problem for me was abit more personal. Since my main source is abit biased.

I mean, it’s a possibility that can’t be discredited. They could just be taking the step forward anyway under the allegation alone.
