After beating Splatoon 3 story mode, the Nintendo Switch Online app lets you download a wallpaper of (story spoiler) Mr Grizz which is not available on official websites (as far as I can tell). Is this something that e621 accepts? It's technically not paid content, but you do have to have bought the game to get it...

Surely this by definition makes it paid content?
Uploading Guidelines -> section: Bad things to upload -> first point
- Screen captures: Screenshots from games, still images from movies, video snippets from YouTube, etc.
- This includes all content created in sandboxes like Second Life, Minecraft, and similar.
- This also includes all ripped image files from visual novels and similar games.
