Topic: Undeletion Request?

Posted under General

So sometime around last year, doneru made a couple comics he did that was paid now free. I've discussed this before when wanting to upload his undertale comic. But another one was an already uploaded monster hunter comic that was deleted due to it being paysite at the time, which is now free to download for anyone with a pixiv account here: https://doneru.booth.pm/items/1906457

The already uploaded comic pool: https://e621.net/pools/11919

What i'm mainly asking is if it should just get reuploaded? Or is "undeleting" /putting the images back up possible?

Cuz the problem with reuploading it with the booth file, is that there's only a PDF download, and not a Zip one.

If the images are the same (same size, quality, no extra censorship), undeleting the originals is the appropriate thing to do, I think (which an admin can do). If the images are different, the free versions should be uploaded.

You have asked this exact question before and I already gave you the answer.

I'll be honest, the whole PDF thing really is detering me from uploading it all, cuz i'd have to open all this on desktop, which i'm not tok comfortable with.

I don't know how the files are that are already uploaded, but my guess is that the free download one is bigger now that a think about it. The others i've uploaded from booth were 2-4 thousands of pixels. I suppose uploading the new one would be preferable, though i probably won't do it with the whole pdf problem.

... There are PDF-to-ZIPped-JPEG converters but yeah, PDFs are more for convenience of viewing. Note that sometimes the PDF has extra content hidden. Inkscape or others can export layers.
