Mainly the part where you took a skyrim model, changed the native skyrim female mesh to UNP (could be Dimonized or even something done with Bodyslide, doesn't matter), took a custom texture from skyrimnexus, posed it and then took a screenshot.

A body altering modification for Skyrim Khajiit is still a Skyrim Mod.

Okay, you used Caliente's Slim Body Mod, with basic textures from caliente, don't take this the wrong way but that is literally just a modification of skyrim that you posed.
