I saw that there was a Getting added to the DNP List (https://e621.net/wiki/show/avoid_posting#get_dnp) but it looks like to do that there needs to be a takedown request meaning that someone already needs to post their content. It did show to suggest a note to an external account but I am wondering if it can just be done here on e6 since I am not too sure if those external accounts that the instructions tell you to contact are regularly updated

In the meantime, can one of the admins add TideKeeper/TideKeeperZC/TidekeeperDoodles to the avoid posting list? they asked me to be added

The artist needs to get in contact with NotMeNotYou. They can do it through a takedown request (AFAIK, you don't have to have art here already to request DNP that way). They can also be contacted through FA, InkBunny, and probably some other places, though I'm not sure what their accounts are to message that way.

This, yes. They have to contact NotMeNotYou themselves. As per the takedown policy:

You SHOULD submit a takedown request if you are one of the following:

Artist wanting their own artwork removed.
Character owner wanting artwork featuring their character removed.
A commissioner who has paid for the artwork in question.
Publisher wanting a publication or excerpts of a publication removed. Please note that these takedowns can potentially be a little trickier to handle properly, and so communication with a site admin will likely be needed after submitting the takedown request.

You SHOULD NOT submit a takedown request if you are one of the following:

User wanting artwork removed because they believe it breaks a site rule. You should instead use the site's Flag For Deletion tool (found on every post's page) for each post that you wish to dispute.
Friend, relative, or fan of an artist, character owner, or commissioner who wishes to act as a middlemen for the artist, character owner, or commissioner.
Commissioner or character owner wanting to remove art that the artist themselves has posted. In those cases please ask the artist to file a takedown request for you.
