You have written it like this:character: Xena_Decobray you would have to write it like this: character:Xena_Decobraywithout the space in between.
If a tag is shown in red, click on the question mark next to it to find out what is wrong with it.
To fix it, click the question mark next to the new character tag > click edit tag > change category > apply.

I am trying but I am not seeing those options when I click the question mark next to the tag

Your screenshot leads to a 404, so no idea what you're seeing, but nevertheless that guide should work 100% of the time. I've corrected the tag for you.
