Well, it said it was down for maintenance. I don't know what that maintenance consisted of, but now I can't access the website with my usual browser... Cloudflare strikes again.

I got a security popup ("Checking if your connection to the site is secure") when I visited. They're probably getting DDoSed again.

Autocompletion also appears to be broken at the moment.

I know from experience that it is. Searching up characters with _(series) in their tags by hand makes me realize how much I'd miss that feature if it disappeared.

Good to know it's not just me. I couldn't even load the site properly earlier; now it loads, but I can't browse images. (The only ones that load are peoples' avatars, for some reason) I wish e621 had an official "status" site to get more info.

I was getting Error 525, 522 and 520 for hours before the site said it was undergoing maintenance.

I can only assume the people running the site are doing their job. Keeping it running and the maintenance is to keep people targeting furries off the site.

This twitter account was being used for "site status updates," but it hasn't been active since last October, and there have been several outages since then.
