I accidentally reported a comment earlier. I accidenally tapped on it on my phone and when There was no reason for my report, but I accidentally hit "submit" when trying to go back (I just woke up several minutes before). This is my first time doing such a thing. Will I get punished for this?

It happens quite often, no worries. They'll probably just comment under the report: "use the right button next time", or something like that. They won't erase your existence.
