ALL DEPICTED CHARACTERS ARE 21+ YEARS OF AGE. OFFENSIVE TAGS WILL BE REMOVED.

I presume you meant "uploader".

Posts are tagged based on what is in the image itself.
The uploader may disagree with that, but they have to follow the TWYS principle regardless.

Removing, whatever they seem to think, 'offensive tags'. Was kind of hoping to ask more about this, there wasn't anywhere to ask this but the forms. Got a link to said pic that I got the quote from.

If someone keeps removing valid tags from a post, you can report the post and the tags will be locked in by an admin.

Tags on e621 are mostly based on Tag What You See (TWYS) and does not follow anything that the original poster/source says. The only exceptions being artist, character, copyright, and lore tags.

Users cannot remove any valid tags unless they violate TWYS and/or differ from what is actually seen. If someone removes valid tags on e621 because they think it is "offensive", you can either re-add the tags yourself (and tell them about TWYS) or report the post itself if they continue to ignore tagging policy.
