Topic: Coping with limited freetime

Quite possibly my least favorite part of being an adult is always feeling I'm on a timer. This amount of time until I need to sleep, that amount of minutes left to get ready, a large amount left on the clock before I can finally make it home. I understand a big part of it is perspective and outlook, that a positive and disciplined mindset can help and that dwelling on it will only make it worse, but even that gets hard to maintain when it's day in, day out.

How do you guys cope with the feeling? Do you have any advice to people still struggling? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

I don't have a proper specific advice, but what I can suggest is seeking therapy if you do not do it yet, and if it's affordable.

Mental health treatment is for anyone, anytime. Not just for extreme cases.
