On images in pools, there's a navigation bar at the top of the image for flipping between images in the pool, going to the first and last, etc. Can a copy of this bar be put below the image?
This would be especially useful on pools where the pages are multi-panel comics, like (NSFW comic) https://e621.net/pools/15715 so you can "turn the page" without scrolling up & losing track of the plot.
Affected pages: Image display page, for any images which are in pools.
